Guest Speakers:
Phyllis Orarin was our guest speaker. Phyllis shared the benefits of Meditation with us. You can live a longer, happier life
through meditation. The practice of Meditation, in various forms, has been around through the ages. Yet unfortunately people
over look its benefits or just simply feel they don’t have enough time. However, by meditating only a few minutes a day can
improve your health and make you feel happier.
Phyllis was kind enough to work through a Meditation practice with us. I believe everyone participated and felt more at ease to
continue on with their day. It was a simple exercise and yet so beneficial.
You can log onto Youtube for Meditation music and videos if you want to pursue this on your own.
My vote is to do this once a month as a practice. Phyllis thank you for sharing.
GREAT JOB Phyllis !!! – Namaste!
